Cash, certified funds, check with bank letter, credit card or bank wire, unless an established customer with approved check privileges. Checks may require a credit card back up, to be destroyed after check clears. All cattle must be paid in full prior to check out. No account charges, special requests or check terms. Do not buy, if you can not pay.  Pre-clearing of checks is a requirement if you have not done business in the recent past. There is a 3% buyer’s fee on all credit card transactions.

Conditions:
All cattle are sold as is, no warrantees, no guarantees, no returns, no arbitration, or rejections.  MLA acts as a sales agent, only. As the buyer MLA relies on the honest representation, and information (if any) of the seller. Buyers are encouraged to ask questions or view prior to sale time. MLA will assist in any misrepresentation of cattle to pursue a refund or adjustment from buyer however will not be responsible for any direct reimbursements. Sellers who misrepresent cattle will be banned from all future MLA auctions.  MLA does not guarantee or confirm any veterinarian checks. The veterinarian is an independent contractor. All comments or complaints  are to be addressed directly to the attending vet.
